Subject: Lease problems at One City Plaza
Darren sent me a bunch of paperwork that I had to fill out about Jack including screening
application and addendum's to the girls apartment leases. The building, One City Plaza,
explained to Darren that they will need to have an actual persons name on the lease for screening
and background check. I went to Jack to get the needed info. Jack is not willing to give out his
SS# (among other personal things requested). Jack said that he will give his tax ID # if the
apartments are to be in his firms name.
One City Plaza needs an actual persons name and Jack will only allow his company name.
Please let me know what I should do?
