The Spots are more or less Symmetrical in patten and appear to be the result of Heavy Exercise Equipment sitting on a Black Rubber Matt and pressing the Black into the top of the White floor finish. The spots do not appear to be originating from below. There are strange spots that keep appearing on the wooden floor in the gym in Palm Beach. Jeffrey thinks it may be the floor glue seeping up through the floor; not sure.
