So if I charged a fee of 960k per year for this team for as long as we on this project we could bill the following way:As we build the team so we will ramp up the monthly payments or decide per my estimate above and pay monthly per a fixed fee In that case a deposit is not needed as I would divide the total into equal monthly payments . (For this team I charged Hard Rock double)I compare this to the HRH project because of distance,detail and management structure in place. We had more or less the same team with add ons as needed,which we will do for you. As this is always changing so am I willing to adjust this as we go along.
