Per our conversation, I would like to speak with Jeffrey to inquiry if he is, or can be involved on the sell side for seasoned or Slightly seasoned medium term notes. We have buyers made up of Pension Funds, Hedge Funds and a couple of private people looking to buy Medium Term Notes if he has a source to sell them. My colleague in these Medium Term Notes is Larry Dager, a friend from Delaware and a "nice guy". We have been doing business together for some time and he has iven me this opportunity. We can all call into a conference call-in number at at Jeffrey's convenience if you can arrange a time that will work for him and let me know. Lesley, due to Jeffrey's past situation he would have to stand aside and use me as a "stand in" for these transactions.
