Subject: Deposition Thursday
I just spoke to Jessica who informed me that she did not set this depo. Kuvins office set it. It is
a continuation from the last one you walked out on. Jessica also informed me that there is a
court hearing in the morning before the depo regarding our motion for protective order against
Kuvin as to the scope of how it is to happen.
