I was riding my bicycle here today up to the mountains for a little exercise, and I realized that an area that is even better than Paradise Valley for you is another nearby area: Biltmore Estates.. near the famous Biltmore hotel.. they have incredibly grand homes there.. like your Palm Beach place.. and it is close to everything.. I saw a lot of for sale signs on some huge places, and I bet they are going for a good price now.. I am getting the invitation ready for feb, and will send.. note also, I am not sure whether I told you that we will be having a small Frontiers of Gravity meeting here in Jan.. jan 17-21, with some very good people.. in case you are interested in that too.
