He would use a little device called endotyne 3.0 to hold it in place which then disolves in 6months. He showed me pictures of this compared to cutting the eyelid which leaves a little mark. He drew on my eye to show me where he would cut if that's what I wanted and then he pulled the corner up on the side to show me what the lift would look like..
