Subject Depositions
I just spoke to Jessica regarding

She told me that Brad's office has basically
told Jessica that no matter when she sets their deposition dates they will file protective orders.
Jessica may just set their dates but they will file protective orders. Jessica is also thinking about
asking for dates to subpoena the girls family. There is a hearing on November 3rd to get an
