I am coming to florida at the end of the month and ill come for a visit. I have been consumed with the centerline deal which continues to march forward. It's unbelievably complex, but very interesting. I have done a great deal more homework here and have brought the relate companies into the mix to help assess the developmental issues. This is heating up. Is this something in connection with which you want to stay involved or will you have the same investment/profile concerns here that you did around the centerline deal?
