We got an email from Darren on 10/8, that the latest version of the contract was approved. And your email of 10/1 stated that the retainer invoices were approved, and would be paid any day. Based on that, I had my team start incorporating the items we addressed during our 9/18 meeting. At this point, we still have not received the signed contract or the retainers. I understand Mr. Epstein is still considering some design issues, such as the final screen size, but items like this can be addressed as we proceed with the work. If there is any way you can get the retainers wired today or tomorrow, we will be able to restart our work on the project immediately. However, if it takes longer than that, I will lose several key team members (like Bob and Ken) to other projects, and it will take us a while before we can start up again. Please let me know if this is possible, as soon as you can. We are very excited about this project, and are eager to see it progress. We are also looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and the team on the Hammam.
