[email protected]@gmail.com] I have received word back from all the properties and we have been able to negotiate postponement of the trip without any cancellation penalties under the following conditions: • The total amount of this trip (land arrangements only) must be applied to travel completed by December 315`, 2009. • Once the new dates have been confirmed there will be 100% forfeiture of trip cost in the event of cancellation. No further postponement will be allowed. • Travel Insurance must be purchased once trip is confirmed. In regards to the international air for I am still sorting out the cancellation and change fees with the airline and will have more information in that regard next week.
