Clas is leaving for Sweden on July 3rd. He wants to file a legal separation
before he leaves. I am looking at a 1-bedroom apt on East 54th for $435,00
maintenance is about $960. I have $450,000 from sale of last apt. Plus $100,000
in an IRA and a TDA. $8,000 in savings. What should I do. Buy in cash or take a
small mortgage? I have to leave my apt. June 30th and go live with Ali in
Westport, CT for summer because any co-op deal will probably take 3 months to
settle. At least you know when your hell ends. Mine just keeps on going and going
