There are some items like the kitchen and bathroom remodel that will need some additional input in order to establish a final cost, but I can probably give you a budget based upon certain assumptions, and move forward from there. Should you have any further instructions or specifics prior to the meeting on Wednesday, just forward to me by email and I will respond accordingly.
