The phones that are currently installed at the house have 2 options for adjusting the display. The LCD display pivots approximately 30 degrees toward the user and then there is a base that pivots another 30 degrees or so. The 16 programmable buttons are currently configured to dial other extensions in the house. They can be configured to dial external speed dial numbers as you have requested. ETC would have to come out to the house and reprogram those buttons on the phone switch. Their hourly rate for this is $90/hour (we estimate a full day to reprogram the buttons, setup a machine for me to access remotely and install the new button layovers) . We will need to have a list of the names and numbers that should be assigned to each button for each phone. I assume that there will be a template we can apply to groups of phones depending on their user. There is a 32 button phone that we can upgrade to if the 16 button phones are not sufficient. Steve is getting a price for these now. These phones are nearly identical to the currently installed handsets with the exception of more programmable buttons. Also, ETC deals primarily with Panasonic and NEC phone systems. I have asked for pricing to replace the existing phone system with the Panasonic model. Should ETC come out to reprogram the buttons to have the speed dial assignments you request, they can bring the Panasonic handset with them for your review. I will forward you pricing for the upgraded NEC handset and pricing for a new phone system as soon as I get them.
