I located one Dunlop Sport DSST tire in Seattle, and should arrive Wednesday or Thursday, to be installed on left rear. Huge from Chariots of Palm Bch recommended: Eurotech German car specialist to evaluated the suspension. -We only need to change the Left rear strut for ($4,860.00, and $360 labor), it is leaking air when you lift the car with jacks, and slowly loose air pressure when engine is not running, since the system is an air suspension that operates using an engine driven air pump to fill the struts. Right side is fine. Part is being located today and we will expedite delivery, only 4 hours to install once part is received. Next time you ride in the Mercedes can you tell me if the noise in the rear end is gone, I think it was the tread wear indicators on the right rear tire causing the noise, the left rear is very worn but not as bad as the right one was, the left tire will be replaced next week when it arrives.
