The annual bill for 2008 / 2009 is 107,589 which represents a 7.5% increase from the 100,085
paid for 2007/2008.
We paid 53,794.77 in November 2008 and New Mexico requests that the remaining 50%
(53,794.77) be paid by May 10th.
