To: Jeffrey [email protected]] From: Bob Anderson Sent Sat 6/6/2009 5:55:00 PM Subject: Design Development progress issue Jeffrey- We sent out hardcopies of the Design Developmnet progress package friday afternoon, with consultant Schematic Design Sheets (structural, MEP, andscape and lighting), as well as several finish samples for the screening room, lobby and bathroom. Note the carpet sample is for quality, texture and feel only, the colors and patterns are shown on the strike-offprint. We can order an actual sample once the design meets your approval. The landscaping sheets show preliminary plant selections and locations, and will be incorporated and coordinated with the architectural 3d views and drawings as we refine the design. We arc planning a July island visit with the consultants, and will start the perimeter landscaping design then, as well as locate access roads/paths, and retaining walls for the support spaces at the north and south guest pavilion basements. We have also shown a second option for the sceening room back and side wall elevations. Let me know what you think, and I will update the 3d model with the actual samples and colors. The ATV garage at the helipad is shown across the road, I will coordinate with Silvina and Curtis on road design/site placement.
