One is 3bdrm/5500month, willing to do both short & long term rental. newly remodeled, very nice bathrooms, good kitchen, comes furnished, no work needed. They didn't let us video because they had guests staying there right now. It is the in one of the red buildings right next to the ritz, 5mins from redhook, gated. Two bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs open to the living room (loft) The other apt was 2 bedrooms, 2 mins further, next to waterpoint, close to the ritz. Not gated but in a nice area, half the price. Inside it needed to be really cleaned and furnished, ceiling fans were rusty. Bathrooms and kitchen were not attractive but in decent condition. I have a video of that one so I will send later. It could be fixed quickly.
