Jeffrey, I recommend that the electrical and technology conduit bank that was installed under the concrete plant be extended to the new electrical building at this time. A trench is being dug for the extension of the under sea power cable to the electrical building, now is the time to install the extra conduit in the same trench. Proposed 10 pipe Conduit bank is for the future build out of the existing compound and if this work is not performed at this time we are effectively abandoning existing Conduit bank.
