Subject: Martin Nowak
Rc Martin Nowak's trip: I was able to get us a FULL credit at the Ritz (after speaking with the
manager!!) Jet Blue is giving us a credit of $488.40, but charging us $100 each for cancellation.
When we book Martin again for his trip we must use Confirm #W8S9DX in order to receive our
credit on hand with them.
