I Tel office/home) EMPLOYEMENT Currently self-employed Project/portfolio management for 3 clients,Argentina (projects as follows) I) Client I Overseeing building of property and all interior and garden design. House is 500 m sq in country club. I am managing the entire project for a foreign gentleman who lives between Argentina and UK. I have guided my client through the design process for the house, on everything from electrics to furniture. High spec. finish. I have managed and based with both Argentine and Uk suppliers and contractors to obtain the best finishes. 2) Client 2 Managing clients property and assets in Argentina. Initially I took on the project to finish to the highest spec. a rebuild (interior and garden) for international hotel owner. I was given a remit and 24 hours with the client before being left to my own devices. I am able to work single-handed and can be relied on to reach targets. I had to set the property up, employ staff and having finished the initial project I now manage on a day-to-day basis the staff. I also assist my client when he is in Argentina around the clock. 3) Client 3 Organising polo tournament/assisting with building brand for 8 goal Australian polo player who has bought property in Argentina with the intention to develop country club. Currently working on securing deal with US boutique hotel group. I am highly organized and can turn my hand to most things. Previously Jan 2006 — mid 2007 PA/ Project for Duchess of York. Argentina and New York Initially I was sent to Argentina by DOY to assist in bringing to conclusion the ongoing legal problems surrounding her deceased mother's estate. This has recently been resolved and DOY is now the owner of the property. I have produced financial and redevelopment plans for the property, which is situated 600 kms from Buenos Aires. In Sept 2007 I assisted DOY in the start up of Hanmoor. Set up and organized homes in Spain and Bahamas. Jan 2005 — Jan 2006 PA to International Polo Player (ex10 goal) — Palm Beach. Florida Employed to assist in the development of strategic plans for player's future, working on sponsorship and business ideas. Actually did everything from looking after player and his family to staff. Also did production work. I aspired to be a sports agent and hence why I wished to work for IMG, a highly competitive industry where one-grabbed opportunities as they arose. I chose to leave IMG to gain more experience in the field wish the intention to return in time. Studies London University obtained 2.1 in Dev. Economics - won London University prize for under graduate thesis, which I did on Sport in Post- Apartheid South Africa. I spent time doing fieldwork in Cape Town based at UCT.
