Yesterday the Prime Minister asked if we would do a business plan with the goal to take over La Paradis, a Westin Hotel, Greg Norman golf project with tens of millions invested, but stopped in bankruptcy over a year ago. They are negotiating the agreement now. • Andrew Farkas - Two weeks ago I asked Thomas Mukamal in Andrew's office if they had interest in looking at the Sanford land in Antigua with us and two marina sites in Montenegro that the government has approached us on. This week Thomas got back to me and said they were interested and was having Mr. English in their European office call us about Montenegro (which has not happened as of yet) and was very interested in Antigua as we learn more about the potential site. • Cash Flow - My friends in Oklahoma have each agreed to put in $1 million. They said they would prefer to give it to me personally. I told them Landmark had outstanding assets, a large tax loss and was worth saving. This money does not, long-term, solve our problem, but gives us time for the market to improve.
