He confirmed that the IRS has completed its audit o= the 2013 gift tax return and has determined that there will be no change.=nbsp; He further noted that, while no notice was sent as to 2014, the IRS had intended to audit the 2014 gift tax retur=s. However, after reviewing the materials we provided in response to the 2=13 gift tax audit, the IRS concluded that the 2014 materials likely are in=the same pristine order and therefore has ended its review of the 2014 gift tax return.
