Subject: Last week report on third party inspection tco We had 17 lo=ations :items that needed GRANT the third party inspector to sign off ong=pan> 4 remaining =laces they could not get to physically this week they have agreed to let t=e design project professionals give them affidavits that the respective ar=as are compliant We have item=5 already And items 6 =s for Monday by Grant The professi=nals have all been contacted and have agreed to address the list below by =nd of day Tuesday I would assu=e a one day margin of error so say Wednesday Please see t=e below sign offs needed for Grant to complete the TR1 forms, which will b= the remaining paperwork to obtain TCO for 19 West 31 Street. Grant has requested the below in order to complete the=TR1 forms: 1. Struct=ral - the walls/ceilings closed up, not possible for an inspectio=; therefore, need the structural engineer to sign off on all nonconfo=mities. The structural engineer needs to approve work completed. 2. S=rinkler system - no submittals on site / The MEP engine=r needs to sign off on the installed sprinkler heads and confirm the insta=led sprinkler heads were per the submittals. 3. M=sonry anchors - the walls/ceilings closed up, not possible=for an inspection; therefore, need the structural engineer to approve=the SOP conditions and if possible, have the GC provide photos and info on installation. 4. F=nestration - need an email confirmation from architect stating&nb=p;that the U-factor, R values, and insulation of field work conforms to sp=cifications. 5. M=chanical - then one last item, Grant inspector needs to do the fi=al Mechanical inspection.
