She definitely thinks they will continue =o come down in price but they don't want to bid against =hemselves. They would like another counter from the buyer. There are two interested buyers circling around. =he first buyer submitted the bid apx. one month ago. She did tell =e that their initial bid was substantially higher than yours. =hat said, it did not come to fruition. It is a buyer that would =hange all the windows and keep but probably keep the house in the same =ondition. They would do a complete renovation for a better floor =Ian (they have small children). They still have interest but have =ot submitted a written offer. She also said that the house has not =een lived in for apx. 3 years. A housekeeper comes every day to =lean etc...and a book keeper comes during the week to pay bills. =herefore it's been well maintained. I told her that my buyer still has interest in the =roperty but would like a more realistic counter. I also said that =y buyer is looking at other properties in that area and will move on to =nother one....and that he is definitely make a decision this summer. She said she would convey to the owner.
