At no time either in writing or verbally did anyone at Better Roads give notice that there =as a cancellation fee. 4. We are not aware of any law in the VI Code which states that a cancellation fee can be charged. 5. If Better Roads does not willingly refund the unexpended portion of the deposit in the amount of $114,540.53 posthaste, LSJ will sue for the return of same. 6. If sued, Better Roads will surely spend more than $76,875.00 in legal fees defending a nonexistent cla=se in an unsigned contract and will still have to refund the cancellation fee =s well as the unexpended portion of the deposit at the end of the day.=/div> We are very=disappointed with how this transaction has been handled to date but hope that we can amicably set=le this without going to court.
