The buyers that have serious interest have stayed for quite some time. Everyone senses a real opportunity with the price. The hesitation at this point is floor plan. The kitchen is an issue for some. The separation from master to the other bedrooms on the upper level is another concern. They are studying floor plan and will speak with architect/contractor about possibly connecting the bedrooms. The first floor (there's still a leak) isn't ideal for some. They are trying to figure out a way to make the bottom level more open to the lake view. So...l think the buyers are weighing the different options to make it ideal. We will see offers very soon. I received a call last night from an agent in Ft. Lauderdale that will be previewing for a Brazilian client. Also, 2 buyers are coming today that inquired from the website. Friday's showings went well. Both parties are seriously thinking about the property. We have a lot of interest and the momentum is very strong.
