I ended up talking with Jonathon Pempek as well as Sindulfo Cast=llo and they said although it is unusual to hold
up a project that the app=icant was not the violator on they felt this was good leverage.
So Jonathon said get the barge ramp= out and pull the fill material back out around the wetland near the
point=closest to LSJ. I am waiting on old wetland delineation from Ryan Wi=ehart so I can mark it and we can get the
material moved back a couple of =eet and plant a few mangroves.
Jonathon suggest that if you really want one of the barge ram=s we could pull it out and then ask for a permit
for it.
He stressed that he wants you to get all=the things you want but we have to go through the permit process.
