Please give me a strategy to turn $10,000 into $20,000 over the next few months. I'll do anything (including sacrificing my first born) but trade options because I can't do the math, no matter how hard I try. I just got back from the dentist where I learned that I need 9 crowns. I was aware that I might need to replace the six in the front because I saw some gum recession but I was unaware that the fillings in my molars had cracked and there is not enough tooth left to refill them in a way that would last and not require root canals down the road. I put aside $10,000 prior to my visit and thought I was prepared to take care of this, but the work is going to cost an unbelievable $21,600.
