Replaced both CSD filters on #3 engine.,
#1 and #2 engine CSD filter bypass was good.,
Found screen partially obstructed on #3 start valve,. This definitely repair=d our start issue earlier today as well
All is good
7:30am wheels up is confirmed in B727
