I explained the situation and he seeme= satisfied. He stated that he will ask Joe to return our call and cooperate. At the end of the conversation he asked if Joe would be=20 compensated for his time in preparing to testify. This would be SOP bu= I know there was some unpleasantness during the separation so I wanted to che=k with you before committing. We will need the testimony of someone from=20 Fowler White and Joe seems to have had the most involvement.
