There is a break in period for that . We usually expect 2=weeks for the customer to come back for a final tune. This will increase t=e Volume and bass quite a bit. Whatever we have to do to make him happy wi=h the sound should not be an issue at all. We do need some input on what h= thinks is lacking.. EXAMPLE. More low end, More midrange ETC. Also not su=e which radio he is using. There is a black button to switch between front=radio/rear radio. Also you can adjust the system by the black knob it 4>=A0has two ways.. I think it's more that he does not know how to us= the new sound system or adjust things to his ear. It would be best for us=to gather more info and or show him in person . We4>=A0 took the approach of a stealth system keeping everything like factory. =his actually takes more work to achieve. Because of lack space it'= more of a challenge.
