I was blown away and I =ave seen some amazing properties in my life. This unquestionably is one of=the most incredible. The gardens are also extraordinary. I have neve= seen such a high standard of workmanship and detailing. As the architect =xplained to us, this standard of work can never be repeated as many of the=older craftsmen have since died and no one today has their skills. I would=change some of the fabrics, improve the lighting but leave the rest untouc=ed. It has 4 suites in the main house and a=further 4 suites in the guest house, which is only partly completed awaiti=g the directions of the new purchaser. So you will never have room t= invite a football team to stay, even if you could invite 300 for dinner a=d lose them! However, it's a home which could=impress any Head of State. The price at 45m Euros seemed high until I saw =t with my own eyes. The photos do nothing for it. It's not remotely fl=sh, far removed from the flashy palaces of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
