Would you be able to ask Terje 1= they can rise my salary to 50-54k? The reason is because I think he
doesn=E24N>t know half of the story and comparing my salary as equal or below=to ppl who works in external relations
/ event team. But I am External Rel=tions and Program assistant ( water diplomacy) and do research and writing=so in
comparison to other program assistants who was also recently hired, = get paid the peanuts (while there is no struggle
with my funding). The sa=ary for other program assistants is 50-55' per year.
Does it makes sense to you?
