The ladies have been g=ing floor to floor cleaning every inch of the house all closets included. =e left all storage items laid out in the catering kitchen area on C-lev=l for you to view, to decide what is garbage , or what can be s=ld and what can be used in other homes. I would like to have all shipping items picked up this coming =eek of 1/17/11 if possible, I have called Emad and we will get =ricing for shipping when we have a complete list that you approve .1 hare also been working on a hot water heating problem that I discovered whe= the colder weather came in last week. The heating system upper re heat =A0Zones being supplied by AC-3 fan & the 5th floor fan units hea=ing was loosing water pressure effecting room temperatures on the 4th &= 5th floors. After various trouble shooting tests I found the shell &=mp; tube Heat exchanger #2 has a tube leak and the re heat hot water was=leaking out water pressure through the steam condensate line. This was cauring the Re heat hot water system pressure to drop and the re heat =A0coils to get air bound on the 5th & 6th floors. I have isolated =heat exchanger #2 until the tube bundle can be replaced ,we are operating =ff of Heat exchanger#1 with an extra steam bypass supply to make up the=differencein capacity all rooms are now making set points. I replaced He=t exchanger #1 tube bundle about 2 years ago, #2 tube bundle which is leak=ng is original to the house .The Source One project is also moving for=ard the full energy report and recommendations for system up grades will=be complete by 1/25/11 i am also waiting on Pricing for up grades that AD=A0Winston is working on for free cooling & removal of the old Carr=er Chiller and adding the additional 25 tons of compressors to the ne= Air stack Chiller. I am also in the process of setting up meetings with R=ch Kahn and the various mechanical maintenance contractors. See you soon R=chard.
