He is en=orcement and they are concerned about the rock jetty off the Northwest sid= of LS1 (the one we had the issue with a few years ago with CZM) and they =ant to check a couple of areas around the salt ponds in LSJ. He said= is purpose is to clear things up so we can move forward with our permits.=C24> He said he just wants to after the fact permit any unpermitted items=and he is willing to be creative. He actually sounds like a pretty reasonable person and he said t=ey cant move forward on your dock permits until we get this straightened o=t. =/div> They are plann=ng to come to St.Thomas on the 29th of this month and they would really li=e to work with us to clear this up as quickly as possible. But he does seem reasonable. Let me know what you think and I am available to talk the rest=C2. of today and tomorrow. I'll be underwater on Thursday and =robably Friday.
