As you know the landscaping schedule depends upon the schedule of Construction being completed with certain phases before we can begin our work. Gary Kerney and I met to discuss scheduling, We came up with some realistic dates, which I will list project by project. #1. Owners drive planting: Plants arrive on LS1 Sat 8/13/11 All will be planted by Wed 8/17/11 #2. Flag Pole Pool: Gary had this to be done Mon 9/5/11 - Fri 9/9/11 But it looks like we will be able to get in there a little sooner. We are hoping to finish the grading, matting and hydroseeding: Mon 8/15/11 - Fri 8/19/11 We would then be ready to prep for the bottle palms and the coconut palms, We could have Trees shipped, and we could recieve and plant all by the end of the month, Wed 8/31/11 #3. Beach 2 - Finish Final Grade with added soil - romove Large rock on Hilside - Cut a few more trees - Define sandline - Hydroseed This can be finished by Sept 1 * If the Dozer cooperates #4. Sod Grass, Northeast Point I was told the Masons would be finished by the last week of August, So we will come in The first week of September, and: - Remove Rocks - Finsh grade with topsoil - set up irrigation - put down grass * Ship and recieve Grass Saturday September 10th this project can be finished by Wednesday Sept 14th. Sea Wall I was told this area will be finished and ready for landscaping by The first week in September, so if we can have your help in determining the exact location and number of trees, then we'll get them shipped and recieved, we could have them planted and set by Friday September 16th. #6. Main Compound I was told this area was held up as much as three to four weeks, due to changes made in the final plan. Which would put the completion of construction in that area around mid September, which is when we will be finished with our other projects, so we can then attack that area: - Plant two Palms at end of pool - finish final grade and slope of hill - Apply erosion matting - Bring in and Plant The "Italian Lady's plants This can be done by Friday September 30th.
