There are several methods t=at can be used, but for yours we lightly tapped the metal on the bulged sid= while backing it up with a harder piece of metal. Once this is done w= NOT (Non Destructive Testing) and submitted to engineering for review= Engineering determined that it was good with no restrictions. T=is is all documented in the workorder under squawk 8.26.
