Data Acquisition: Location and establishment of a wide-ranging, all inclusive bio-medical data and information base to be maintained on servers in the U.S. Virgin Islands. 2. Predictive models: Development of enhanced predictive model using our comprehensive database to bridge the fields of data mining and bioinformatics with the goal of developing powerful data mining tools for biomedical data analysis. Development of data mining methods sensitive to the biomedical field's concerns of privacy preservation and non-perfect matches. 3. Application of financial genetic algorithms' to make targeted investments with in this field. 4. Generate revenue by developing, licensing and selling data knowledge and artificial intelligence(in what format).
