jeffrey i had an idea but i dont know how it could work.strip out the depreciation from cmbs call them adn or assett
depreciation notes.you invest 500000 for 5 years .you get accelerated depreciation and no interest .In 5 years you get
your principal back with no interest and no recapture on the depreciation.does this make sense? jonathan
