I hope you had a good trip to St. Thomas. Attached are=some additional photos of the aircraft and an excerpt

Engines just completed overhaul and returned.

Last 72 months inspection was complete= 28 December 2009.
To confi=m, we have not yet listed the aircraft and it does not show up on AMSTAT o= JETNET. After my
discussion last night, they agreed to allow me to wai= before posting the aircraft until you have an opportunity to make
an offe=. I told them that you would probably make a decision in this regard wi=hin a few days. I explained that you
were planning a trip to Asia in Ma= and they also said that an agreed offer with deposit would hold the aircr=ft off
market until after your visit and acceptance/rejection. Not sure=where we could arrange a formal pre-buy, but that
should not be a difficul= problem to address.

As you p=obably know, there are pluses and minuses with being the first out of the =ate on this aircraft. While
we both recognize that they will not realiz= 9 million dollars for the aircraft, if you really want it, I think we wil= need to
get them a somewhat realistic offer. I can have some influence=in the outcome, but if they feel like they are being taken
advantage of, n=gotiations won't get very far.
In any c=se, the ball is in your court. Let me know your thoughts as soon as pos=ible.
Thanks
Best Regards
