There are 2 offices i like in this build=ng, one on the 2nd floor, 120m2 + amazing 60m2 terrace (you can see on the p=ctures in the attachment) 9000€/month , its a bit expensive but we d=nt need to change an office in one year, we can use terrace for evenings, m=del parties, meetings to make the channel famous and work on communication (=t will cost us much less then to do it outside and dinners), we can invite m=gazines, make castings, photo shoots - to do all at this office. =nbsp;Another one-115m2 without terrace -6500€, also is very good, b=t with terrace we have more options. Its too many p=ople fighting to have the offices in this building, we need to be fast to h=ve decision. All period of rests are 3year, but ev=n in one year or two for these addresses we can find someone in one day. Another thing i thought, its good maybe to rent a cor=er to photography agency, it will be cheaper for us rent and we can use the= for tests. Another office i sent you on avenue Mo=taigne, 60m2, just open space, price 4000 /month +6000 they want agency com=ission for first month. Open space for 60m2, its II be difficult t= make castings and organise something for more then 3 people, no space. What do u think? For the budget you said 12.0004'=AC/month.
