He suggests that we call you later.... so he can update you, but also =igure out when this can be closed, because he can't do his deal with =ntel until it is done - since he needs to provide them with the latest =ap. table and can't do so if an investor hasn't yet closed (and is =oing so at a lower price than them). And I am just figuring out when I will be back in Paris.
