It was checked before and was fine. I also =ave them running a series of test in the manhole and at the Pole to =ake sure all the connections are good. Once =11 of this is completed we will give it a try again. I'm back next week so if it doesn't hold the =ext time I will go to LSJ with WAPA, this has already been discussed =nd confirmed with them, to figure out what is going on and get ISJ back =nline.
