Deborah proposes that Max responds within a week. The whole story is =o disrespectful to Noam. Max should respond
maximum in three days! (Unless=one week is a legal requirement). It seems they are counting on time=passing... a time
that Noam should not have to keep waiting and getting up=et and concerned about.
For numberless times I ha=e urged Noam to forget about these funds, but he keeps telling me he wants=to have access
to it because it is his money, he worked for it and has the=right to decide about it.
