The application is 8 pages, to fill it I need my previous passports info (I have it at home). I will schedule an appointment
to collect my biometrics info and then will send my passport and documents package to the consulate in NY by mail.
They keep it until the decision is made (normally within 3 weeks). I will look into everything once again tonight.
