Jeffrey,
This is what I learned from Darren Rothell,.
Owner of the GIV from France is Michael Dezer, (Vegas/Miami developer), he did receive a $12M insurance check, over
insured the aircraft,. Michael Machauley was trying to convince Dezer to purchase two GIV's for $6M each for charter.
However Dezer is looking into a GV deal with his insurance money.
Not sure how factual this is, Darren knows Dezer's chief pilot.
