Alfred Rapetti offered in 2007 to leverage Earthjet's technology and seat model etc, and raise $1M into a new company majority owned by Earthjet called BusinessJetS=ATS (BJSI). Rapetti could not complete the financing, we took ov=r the effort and completed a deal with BizJetHoldings to add $300,000. BizjetHoldngs stopped short of completely funding as one partner fell victim to the recession. Management supported the company 100%, and eventually settled with the BJSI lenders/shareholders and reorganized under Greenjets - brought new equity a=d the Haysjet's financing. To be clear, the Haysjet Loan is a line of credit which has a limit of $600k, and a current balance of $560k. If the outstanding balance reaches $600k, they can at their option convert to equi=y. We have no intention of borrowing additional funds under the LOC. We have executed copies of the attached documents at=our office.
