From: Richard Kahn < Sent: Monday, August 5, 2013 6:32 PM To: Jeffrey Epstein Subject: Zorro - Options for Service via Century Link HBRK Associates Inc. Begin forwarded message: From: Brice Gordon </=iv> Date: June 13, 2013 =:25:45 AM EDT To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Cc: Rich Kahn _ =ermaine Ruan Subject: Fwd: Options for =ervice =rest Jeffrey attached e =ail from Bryan Deshayes, Century Link the e =ail outlines current options from Century Link regarding delivery of =ervice to Zorro Ranch. please note Option Three do you wish to wait a few weeks for confirmation of =iber delivery, or proceed with bundled 8 x Tl's from Sandia If you wish to upgrade services right now, Ti's and =andia Crest is your only option from conversations with others, there is a very high =hance that fiber will be delivered to D =ark in the interim, the installation of the =ew phone system could possibly proceed, i will confirm this by =omorrow. my advice, would be to wait, but proceed with infrastructure =stimates based on fiber delivery instead of =1's. for your 'consideration Brice EFTA_R1_01742574 EFTA02572817 Forwarded =essage From: Deshayes, =ryan Date: Wed, Jun 12, 2013 at 1:45 PM Subject: Options for =ervice To: Brice Gordon Brice, These are our current options: 1. I can provide 8 Tls =ith PRI at AHN-75 Sandia Crst, NM within an estimated 2 month =imeframe. This would not require special build out or cost from =he customer. Anything more, such as a DS3, must be a fiber build which will take at least 120 days as well as conduit =nd fiber build out costs. 2. We provide fiber up to the =edestal at entrance of Zorro Ranch. This could provide up to Gig =peeds, but would require a $180,000 build out cost from the =ustomer. If the customer is willing to spend —52500 for a 60 month term, CenturyLink is willing to provide a 6 month =redit on the service end. 3. We have potential fiber 051 =eing placed within 4-6 months in that area. In July, we will know =f Zorro Ranch will be a site the DSL will be extended to. This is =ot a guarantee, but is an option that would not involve the large $180k build out cost as previously =entioned. These are our only options right now. I suggest waiting =ntil July to see if we could get fiber DSL as part of a budget for the =pcoming projects in your area. Again, there is no guarantee that =his will happen, and your site would have to consider option one or two. Please =et me know if you have any questions. &nbs=; Bryan =eshayes Major Account Manager 2 EFTA_R1_01742575 EFTA02572818 Brice Gordon 3 EFTA_R1_01742576 EFTA02572819
