His excuse is, Jay had a Mis- communication from repair shop, they originally said $11,500 was for a replacement box that would fix the camera, the shop sent a full camera system that Eric doesn't have the time to install, plus he saying, more labor, engineering etc etc! I told Eric and Jay this is another SCREW up and this camera was on the punch list from day one, when the GIV arrived 8 weeks ago.
